All fighters are assigned to at least one country. A fighter can be associated with two countries when he is born in one country, but his parents are from another country. This also depends on what a fighter says and shows about country affiliation. If somebody comes to a fight carrying two flags, then he represents both countries. When a fighter is associated with two countries, in country rankings, points that fighter carries are split between those two countries.
